Cold Weather Policy
If the temperature at the Fairbanks International Airport (452-3553) is 45 BELOW at 7:00 a.m. the agency may be closed. Closing will be determined by the Executive Director based upon the projected high for the day. If the high is projected to be above –35, the agency will remain open. If the high is to be in the –40’s, then the Executive Director will close the agency.
Clients should call Fairbanks Counseling and Adoption (456-4729) as soon as possible to find out if the agency is closed for the day.
